just remembered this one, when i was about 14 I bit into a cookie that was 2/3 cardboard. My mom mailed the company a nasty letter along with suspect cookie. About two weeks later we got a huge box of sample products and a ton of coupons. still i don't think i've had a mr christies chew chip cookie since.
