Yes... If you have access to your mail settings, you can have it automatically forward your mail to another address. However outlook would have to be kept open while your not there. If you talk to you administrator they may be able to set it up for you on the server level, and then even when your computer is off, your mail will get forwarded. If you plan on doing this yourself, be sure your not going against any agreements with the company, about confidential informaiton.
Some places even have webaccess to your office e-mail, so that no forwarding it even required. Definetly speak to your admin before taking this upon yourself.
