I was thinking it was Keratosis Pilaris until you said they got bigger when you scratched em. Very common condition- hereditary too, basically an excess of keratin causes a little Plug over your pores. A lot of people have them on the back of their arms ( tricep area) and their inner thighs . anyway glad you got better.
