If you haven't done anything different, then the only source would be the one you can't control: the air. Has there been any smoke (e.g. from backyard burning) in the air?
The kind of reaction you have is a classic reaction to burning poison oak. If you have a history of allergies, then there is probably a lot of other airborne sources.
