I'm also going the Frost/Arcane route; so far I'm 24 Frost/18 Arcane as I've found Imp. CS a must have talent and I can't imagine living without it. I was arcane/fire leveling up, but the survivability and control of frost is more important to me than the burst damage of fire. I'm on a PvE server and not really interested in PvP until Battlegrounds so keep that in mind
