If all your MP3s are in the same folder, you can do a Ctrl + O and go to where your MP3s are, and select all the files and add 'em.

Of go tothe File menu and choose Add Folder, -- this will add all the mp3s in your folderr.

There's an option under Edit/Preferences - then the advanced tab- -that will either keep your music where it is, or move it all into a nicely organized folder structure.
