His bio from the Department of Defence talks about political reform and his secutiry strategy and foreign policy writings. What it fails to mention, of course, is that it was basicly his idea to invade Iraq. He was the source of the "Iraq will welcome us with open arms" intelligence, as well as being linked to the WMD and Iraq/911 information. I think the Hamburgler would do a better job as the head of the world bank.
