I tried the utility from tacktech.com and it didnt work. My dad told me a few more things that might help figure out what i can do. He said its the network adapter that isnt working. The computer wont recognize it and we cant install the drivers. He says the winsock and the protocol are ok.
He was also wondering if it could be a hardware problem. Is it possible for a trojan horse to actuall mess up the hardware.
