Thanks for the link kulrblind. It looks like Sierra confirmed how horrible Victoria is. Samalie, according to Sierra's national review, Edmonton's got a pretty awesome treatment system. Maybe you should come sit on the Victoria council
It sounds like a lot of the pollution into the great lakes is coming from Montreal, as well. (No big surprise).
