According to GameRankings SC3 has garnered three reviews higher than 9.5 so far.
I too played the demo and felt the original Splinter Cell shine through, and felt my dick burst through my pants. As long as the story is as tense as the first and the gameplay and graphics/sound are the same as the demo this could quite possibly be a contender for GOTY 2k5.
