I just quit in August, and while I'd only been smoking for a few years, it was not a fun experience. But it really does start to get better after the first month. So really, your almost through hell.
If you need some motivation, think of it this way. You're almost through, and if you started smoking again now those 19 days of hell would be totaly wasted. Plus, you'll have to go through it at some point, so why not now when you've already gone through half of it.
