Although it did have it's moments, this show is entirely based on a once-beautiful woman being fat. For me the depressing state of her health took away from any entertainment value the show might have. I hope she gets back in shape before she dies young. She'd do well with pilates or some other core training program, as well as swearing off processed sugars and fats. I'd go with a diet primarily consisting of fruits, veggies, whole grains, non-fat, lo carb daries, baked poultry and fish, nad more water than a fish. For any healthy diet, it'd take her at least 9-14 months to go from what she was when she shot episode 1 of Fat Actress to a healthy figure.
