From my personal experience with women (and some men for that matter) it's a lot easier to say "I enjoy no-strings sex" than it is to live the lifestyle.
It's like the line..."Well, I'll try
anything once" Easy to say, but quite different when Mr. HottieAtTheBar goes full bondage and wants you to piss on him in his basement while he films it.
Not that I haven't seen men and women practice what they preach, but it certainly isn't as proliferate as we've been led to believe by articles like this.
If Ms. Alba is one of that breed, God bless her. It certainly is nice to hear (and imagine for that matter). Chances are though it's just another celebrity tid-bit designed to interest the already too interested celebrity worshipping public.
