The neighborhood store where we do most of our grocery shopping not only bags for you, and carries the bags to your car, but the baggers are required to wear dress shirts and ties under thier aprons. It
is a bit of a throwback, but I hope they never change that policy.
Oh, and chalk another one up for not wanting cashiers to lose their jobs. I pay the same whether I do it myself, or a cashier scans it for me. Where is my incentive?
