Yes they do!! Although personally, I bag my own stuff because if I don't, I'll likely end up with my soap in with my meat. Bagging is a service that some stores really push because it adds a convenience and friendliness factor that nemesis Walmart fails to provide (at least in my area). Whether or not it works is anyones guess.
