one of the easiest ways, at least in the perception of weight loss, is don't look at the scale everyday. i've dropped 40 pounds since the middle of january. i didn't look at a scale once until middle of march and had already lost about 20 pounds. but then again, i couldn't get to a scale cause of a broken leg, etc. ever since i started walking again, and especially the last month, i've been feeling like the last 10 pounds have been an uphill battle because i'm checking it everyday. just drink a lot of water, it will help in your bodys processing of fat, and makes you feel fuller. park at the end of the parking lot, instead of near the entrance, take the stairs instead of the elevator, if you can go to the gym and lift weights, do it. run or bike or play basket ball. you might want to go to the book store and buy Muscle and Fitness's guide to nutrition. I just picked it up, haven't looked through it beyond the first few pages, but looks promising based on the index, etc.
