Help pick between : Sony Ericsson Z800i and Samsung SGH-D500

Sony Ericsson Z800i won the best 3G Phone [link]

and Samsung SGH-D500, the best mobile handset [link]

To me, the only advantage Z800i has over D500 here is that it has a Memory Stick Duo slot.
But Samsung has a huge 96mb memory too. So..

and D500 is a tad bit smaller than the Z800i

besides that, both of em are just as tasty.

So which would you pick? The best 3G mobile? or the best mobile handset?
