				Pinapple Soup
			 
 2 cans crushed tomatoes1 can of coconut creme
 1 can of diced pinapple with Juice.
 1 can of red Kidney Beans
 Mushrooms
 Red, Green, and Yellow Bell Peppers
 a good bag of fresh spinach
 2 eggs
 3 Crushed and chopped garlic cloves
 ginger Powder
 salt & Pepper
 Curry Powder
 Water
 
 start off by adding in the 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, use one of the cans, fill it with water and into the pot as well.  then add the coconut creme + ginger Powder + Curry to flavour.  U sually add the Ginger first till it gives a little bite, then add the curry till you get the hint of flavour.  Add the beans + Pinapple and then add the vegtables chopped and sliced.  after about an hour or 2 it will realls start to smell good.   beat the eggs in a bowl and then add in, sort of like an egg drop I suppose.
 
 this usually ends up being a very thick and heavy soup, usualy good with some bread on the side.
