This also reminds me of how you see people picking their noses at red lights. Its because they can't pick & drive at the same time, they gotta stop the car first.  |
I bet that with the car all still and quiet at a light, and the chance to re-attune themselves with the world without all the distractions of driving a moving car, they can ask themselves "what is that strange whistling noise, and why am I feeling short of breath..."
