DreamHost is terrible. 9 Dollars isn't bad, but if you're running anytype of important website ( sales, etc ), I defintely would NOT go there. Not to mention their webservers are so slow, I've never downloaded faster than 60kb/s from their servers. I run a gaming website from them.
I think the best host out there is
http://www.mesopia.com/ I've had a website from there for almost 2 years, never had any problems at all, great support for any questions, and I always download 400+KB/s from them.
