Download that and reboot into safe mode, run the nvidia cleaner and then reinstall your drivers.

I tried this and then I got a
Page_fault_In_nonpaged_Area in a blue screen.I rebooted went into safemode to install the drivers which I had to do by memory because it was so garbled i could not see the words and letters (like they were on top off each other white on black) anyway once windows started up in safemode it was ok even the streaks were almost gone (see picture) I installed the newest driver 66.93 did a restart and got the nv4_disp again.(on a green screen)
Before this I updated the chip rechecked the bios and they are the newest
I read some thing about I have to disable write fast on the AGP port and that should solve it but I could not find any directions on how to do it.
The page thing points in the direction of faulty grafics memory.
ALso I found out I was wrong on my wattage I only have MAX 305 Watt not 350 Watt
