while true, swimming does 'seem' to trim off excess fat. (due to the fact that you never see a fat comepetative swimmer, but that's due to training and nutrition, not just swimming). it's a good cario exercise.
i wonder if the temperature difference between the water and the body has any effect on burning calories... like does it help your body burn more or no?
