Why I Have Referrals
I don't really mind having referals already except the fact that they must have been given when I wasn't even on TFP that much except to work on my stories.
I get these referrals and no one sends me a PM why. My bud always got them and a message saying why. Can anyone give these referrals or what is happening? I read the notices (most of the time) when I know that I am going to offend someone, so why am I getting these pesky things?
I would like to know how, when, and why I have gotten my referrals whenever I should and probably will receive them via PMs.
