if you want to build big muscles, you're going to either need to start pumping the iron or finding some sort of hobby that takes a lot of hard upper body strength (mining, chopping down trees, quary work, etc). martial arts won't do a whole lot to develop strength, and won't really do anything to your size, but it will help with other aspects of fitness.
maybe start listening to music while you lift, or get a friend to lift with you.
