to me, it looked immediately like a third eye.
i didn't notice that there was anything wrong with the nose,
but after it's been pointed out, i guess it is a little off center.
perhaps he's been knocked around a bit.
i know my nose is no longer as straight as it once was.
(being a superhero is rough work!)
i did think the character was a bit too scrawny.
dizzet's fleshing out sketch is a nice suggestion.
your character doesn't have to be The Hulk,
but he would benefit from a little meat on the bones.
