I program in ColdFusion as a part of my job as a project manager and web developer. I would like to expand my skillset with .net. To that end, I intend to learn c#, but I would love to know any tips or secrets that will give me a leg up.

Any advice for learning it? Is there a particular text that is helpful? I have O'Reilly stuff on it, but wasn't sure if there was a sleeper text out there somewhere that was especially helpful but maybe not well known.
