I guess living in the midwest and not seeing oakland play every week i've missed something because last time I checked Joey Porter was an okay wide receiver but definitely not a game changing one and ronald curry was never anything worth talking about.
I think Vikes got the deal with Moss out daunte had to find other ways to get points on the board and get more people involved now that he doesn't have make sure he gets the ball to moss X number of times a game to keep him happy that offense is going to be MORE dangerous because they're more versatile. They should pick up a wideout in either the draft or free agency to reaffirm the deep threat but I don't see that as incredibly hard. Their defense has been the let down all along with this team and now they have another solid performer on defense and the shot to take one of the many talented players on defense in this draft. I see the vikes getting the better deal out of this.
