Just an FYI... NONE of the above will happen if you are both open and willing to try this and don't let fear get in the way of the potential fun.
Try to be more comfortable with your arse, no matter what it looks like. You should clean yourself down there anyway beforehand, so it shouldn't smell too bad (store-bough enemas help). She knows what she's getting into (literally), and as long as you take things slowly and with lots of lube, #3 and 4 will not happen. I'm not sure what #2 means... but it doesn't sound possible.
