well, since i'm single, and don't get out much, i have sex about once in a blue moon. with a g/f, it usually starts off with having sex everyday/every time we see each other, then drops to a couple times a week. i don't really know what "normal" would be considered. having too much sex is practically impossible, and not having enough sex is more of a personal/relationship issue where it will vary from person to person.
