I like this idea in theory, but I feel with my group it would not work. First of all, I
like looking prices and feats and such up in a hardback book. Second, I feel like laptops would be a distraction. Finally, it's important for players to not have access to some books, and what are the chances two players are going to need a book at the same time (unless it's the PHB, and most groups have a few of those at least)?
