Hm, I have to say 4. I played that soooo much throughout the years, it never got tiring. I've seriously started over and beaten that game.. I can't even count how many times. It wasn't very long once you knew exactly what to do (I think my record was 9 hours).
I even spent extra time in it building my chars up to lv 99.. did that while trying to find the goddamn pink tail on the moon. There's a small patch of shadow against a wall where you have a 1/20 chance of fighting the pink puff, then it has a 1/64 chance of dropping the pink tail. To this day, I still never got it.
2nd to that... I really don't know. 7 was good, and I really loved how 9 went back to its roots. I didn't like 8 or 10 much at all. Too linear.
5 was pretty good, too. Kinda strange, though. I never did beat 2 or 3.
Isn't 12 coming out very soon?
