What about something along the lines of how much do looks matter?
For each gender, come up with 6 pictures, ranging from drop dead gorgeous to well - appearance challenged... then come up with 6 different biographies -- from the greatest person in the world - to a closet serial killer... apply the bio to different images and see how the person's opinion of that person changes.
(I did something like this for a psych class when I was in school, and it was really fascinating results)
