1. mapped network drives are something you would know if you had them

(basically, a drive on another computer on the LAN that you set up in your windows to show up in your 'My Computer' drive list ...)
2. you really shouldn't have lost anything when you reinstalled. did you by chance
back up all of your config files? (.cfg - in your prog files/soulseek dir). If so, try dumping them in there and overwrite what's there.
I did a windows reinstall and a soulseek upgrade and everything saved itself through my config files.
.....anyways, a quick lookie @ slsknet forums seems like you have corrupted config files, and you're not alone.

basically just delete your cfg's, start slsk, set everythign up, close it, restart it.
