OK - I usually have to re-set my shared folders
that are on mapped network drives every time I start soulseek (after a windows reboot).
And it re-indexes then of course after.
(my destination/incoming folder I don't have to re-set, because I do NOT have that shared).
re-indexing, while it takes a while when you have 14000+ files ... makes sense, because things can change in the meantime - moving stuff around, etc.
when you say your lists are cleared - your queue and userlist as well?
you may also want to go to soulseek support forums.
EDIT --
just started slsk - did NOT have to re-add my shared dirs on network drives ... my computer's been rebooted but the networked one has not.
