Murder 1: Premeditated Murder ( IE you planned it beforehand )
Murder 2: Nonpremediated Murder ( You didn't plan it; perhaps you had a fight with the guy )
Manslaughter: Accidental killing.
The question is not motiviation, the question is intent.
