Well this is nothing as dramatic as some of you guys (I'm still cringing!) but I did once suffer a permanent injury during sex. Apparently the first night I ever slept with one of my ex-boyfriends, I must have torn something because the next morning I had this burning, aching pain running along my inner thigh. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly how I did it though - I guess I was a little intoxicated. That was over 15 years ago and it never really got all the way better...in fact it hurts right now.
