Some retro is ok. The new ford GT is very much with it. The reto Thunderbird looked contrived. Not sure how I feel about the Mustang. The PT Cruiser would have been much cooler had Chrysler limited production to something under a million. Since they are everywhere, its just gets tiresome.
The opposite of retro is futuristic, right? What would that design look like? I envision some of the concept cars of the early 60's. Starfire, bunch of Pontiacs, the Chrysler turbine car. 40 years later, where the fuck are all those cool cars? This is the future, right?
