I'd be willing to GM the H2H league..
If permitted, what I will do is.. I'll set the settings, rosters, etc. as I have them in your suggestions thread, and then from there we can discuss them, either here, or on Yahoo's message board..
That way there will be a set of settings, rosters, etc. to view and comment on, and we can go from there.
I'm very flexible, and one setting I insist on (if commish) is that trades and overrides be handled by league votes, and not the commish, as I just want to be a regular player after the season starts..
As soon as I get the OK, I'll make the league.. Unless someone else would rather do it? Either way is fine with me, but the sooner we get it going, the sooner we can let people join up and start talking settings.
