What type of creatne are you using, monohydrate? Loading phases aren't always required depending on the type of creatine you're using.
I'm personally a big fan of CEE type creatine. From what I've used, it appears to be very bioavailable and there's no loading phase needed. You also wont have to take it with sugars or carbs like you would monohydrate.
What doses are you taking?
