But I was just curious on what you ladies thought about it if someone had asked you to do what I asked, and what you guys would think of a friend of yours asking a girl to do the same.
Please be honest, and forgive me for not giving more details because, I'm a bit tipsy right now. But they can provided if asked (i feel like an asshole about the whole thing now).

I agree that it sounds like she has comething to hade AFTER 4 YEARS. Her friends can go blow guys and deal with their consequences, but this is between you and your gf. It is 110% resonable to ask her to get a test. Her refusal represents somnething a lot larger than some little test.
I'd say tell her, "No more lovin' till you learn to grow up and be responsible". Suspend all sexual and romantic activities until she complies. If she goes to her friends or brakes up with you, let her. You're better off without someone else (sorry to be so harsh, but this is serious).
My wife has some friends in VA who I could introduce you to.
