It bugs me to be sure... Another abuse of the apostrophe... I was born in the 60's... It's the 60s... There is nothing posessive about the decade in that sentance.
Its or It's... Only use when it is a contraction for it is... Pronouns can't be posessive.
It bugs me but I don't usually say anything... I just grind my teeth down a little more each time...
