So this week my stepfather's court date is comin up and this is the one where he gets his sentence or fine, If he gets jail time he's lookin at maximum 6 months..If that. He's the kind of guy that you can't say anything to him, I can't really explain..but when it comes to giving him advice..he's hard to talk to. Other than that he's fine.

He told me that if they sentence him to do time and they give him a date to either be picked up or report himself in..he is gone. But that's just gonna make it worse for him, But I can't tell him that because no matter what i say he's gonna do what he has set in his mind. Deep down, I don't think he's gonna do time..But it is a possibility.

The tension in the house is so bad, Today thier was almost a fist fight with him and his girlfriends son..I know he's scared and really on edge, And i'm kinda worried too. So as much as i don't wanna see him go to jail..If he does, I hope he goes straight from the courthouse that way he can't run and he can do his time and get that over with and then it's out of his life.

I don't know what to say to him, Except for if he leaves..he's an idiot.
