They seem to be making a pretty big deal out of the fact that this is black lady suing the makers of these movies, I don't know how that is relavent, but whatever. With a little poking around on
http://www.matrix-explained.com I found a link to this alleged treatment that she claims was stolen from her and turned into the Matrix. It's a little hard to read, but I fail to see any similarity beyond the most broad of connections:
