That's funny. I feel like whacking off just after coming from the gym... In fact, I would probably do it there if I wouldn't get kicked out. Some of the girls there, oh my!! I have not heard anything about it giving you extra energy. In fact, I feel more tired, not to mention my underwear tends to want to stick to me after whacking off. This is not comfortable when trying to work out.
