I am also on constant pills (not Seasonale - just constant dose ortho cyclen that I get one month at a time) and about 2-3 years into taking the pills "full time" I started to spot early, too. The way I fixed it was to just stop the pills and have a full-on period, and then start up again. I don't know if Seasonale lets you just stop and start whenever you want, but if they're constant-dose all the pills should be the same and you should be able to stop and start over whenever you want.
