Someone else said State Farm. I paid $12 a month when I was renting. We had replacement coverage for all our stuff just like any other policy would. One of the reasons why it was so cheap is because we’ve been with them for almost 7 years without any claims. Because of that, we get discounts on everything. Now, our homeowners and both cars are with them.
One thing to note though, "replacement value" will be more expensive than if you get "market value" The others have already stated why.
