You don't seem to realize what you've just written. That's not non-discriminatory. What you're saying is that marriage law is
always discriminatory. Apparently, if we make gender-based discrimination the rule in
all cases then it's no longer discrimination. By this logic, any gender discrimination is perfectly OK as long as it's done ALL the time.
