When you cut your fajitas, be sure to cut them against the grain, so that you have small pieces with the grain going in same direction, rather than strips with long grain going across them. Will make everything easier to chew.

Most Tex-Mex restaurants here in Texas use a mix of pineapple juice and soy sauce, to their own taste. You can play with this.
