Corona is skunky. Heineken is skunky. Why?

The color of their bottles (clear and green).

Well, ultraviolet light cleaves a portion of the iso-alpha acids (source of bitterness in beer, from hops) which eventually leads to the formation of flavor-active sulfur compounds, and skunky flavor. Brown beer bottles protect against this phenomenon.

Why aren't Miller products (MGD and High Life, both clear bottles) skunky?

Well, they use "reduced iso-alpha acids." These have been hydrogenated at a specific location which prevents this cleavage from taking place.

And knowing is half the battle.
