A friend recently turned me on to Pilot V Razor Points "Extra Fine". They come in five-packs for like $4.50. I use to use Rapidographs, but ya know, these work EXCEEDINGLY well. Cheap, reliable, they don't clog. They are just "ready to go". They also have a more "organic feel". Tech pens are too stiff, unless your into drawing architecture plans...
